APEX Elite Cycling Bibs & Shorts

Made using Eschler Coldblack Glass™ and Eschler Coldblack DragonSkin™ premium Swiss fabrics for the print and saddle panels (and MITI Tahiti™ Italian fabric for the optional bib straps), these APEX Elite™ shorts or bibs will do more than just keep you comfortable in the saddle. They’ll also block thermal radiation, stay in place due to their superior compression & Syntex™ silicone-injected hems (without sacrificing flexibility or range-of-motion), hold their shape & last for years to come, generously stretch in all directions with no privacy issues, and all while looking incredibly vivid with your custom artwork printed on them. APEX Elite bottoms come with EIT’s high performance anatomically shaped chamois––Endurance Anatomic™ 2/Gem2 for road or off-road crossover use, or the Endurance Anatomic™ Road for road-only cycling.

Eschler Coldblack Glass™
Eschler, a Swiss manufacturer of premium technical fabrics, is like the Rolex of textiles. One incredible innovation they have developed is called Coldblack: fabrics that block not only UV radiation, but also thermal radiation from the sun. This means that the fabric itself is 5° colder than its surroundings—you’ll feel the difference as soon as you pick it up, and you’ll stay cooler no matter how strenuous your activity!
Above and beyond this revolutionary cooling technology, Eschler’s own knitting techniques give our Coldblack Glass™ fabric the tightest knit possible. This means that the fabric itself is 5° colder than its surroundings—you’ll feel the difference as soon as you pick it up, and you’ll stay cooler no matter how strenuous your activity!
And amazing cooling is not even the best thing about this truly professional-grade fabric. Coldblack DragonSkin™ is a triple-composite layered material, with a polyester base against your skin to pull moisture away, followed by polyamide to push that liquid to the surface for evaporation. This engineering wonder, or “Push-Pull Effect,” is effectively a moisture pump within this fabric, to keep you remarkably dry and comfortable no matter how much you’re exerting. Add to all of that Eschler’s proprietary, super-tight knit with a 4-way stretch for the highest levels of compression, support, fluidity of movement, and privacy.
MITI Tahiti™
MITI Tahiti™ fabric is a special purpose fabric built to be lightweight, strong, and comfortable. It excels at all of these with its unique knit structure and composition. It allows for maximum air flow for high performance moisture management, strong enough for durability, yet soft enough and almost a ‘weightless’ feel for supreme comfort over traditional fabrics trying to accomplish the same.
