Volare Elite Custom Cycling Jersey
Volare™ Elite Series Cycling Jerseys are the next level of comfort, and the Elite version even more so. Constructed from our 100gsm Volare HPC™ fabric, with 110gsm Air Volo™ fabric side panels, Volare Elite™ jerseys are even lighter, and can come in an additional fitting option: the Race Cut, our most form-fitting cut. Volare Elite™ jerseys feature the same reflective tag, Comfort Strip™, Zipper Guard™, and upgraded side + underarm panels of the Volare™ jersey. But in addition to all that, for even further-heightened comfort Volare Elite™ jerseys come with our wider, silicone-injected Syntex™ arm grippers for a more stable sleeve hem, PLUS an extra upper-back ventilation panel just under the collar, to ensure no stale air whatsoever is being trapped anywhere in your jersey.

The same tetra-channel moisture management system used in our Tetra-Cool™ fabric has been re-engineered for Volare HPC™ to be both thinner and lighter without losing any performance! Its cutting-edge tetra-channel knit is twice as thin and a third lighter but still gives you 100% of the moisture wicking performance for enhanced cooling and comfort. Its thinner build provides better print results for vivid and smooth artwork with no privacy issues, and a lighter weight silky touch for breakthrough comfort.
MITI Air Volo™

Syntex™ Comfort Grippers deliver cutting-edge performance in the areas of compression, print, and comfort. They provide an engineered balance of grip and compression to hold your garments in the optimum position, without hindering performance by reducing blood flow or distracting focus by aggravating comfort levels.
Every aspect of Syntex™ Comfort grippers are engineered for a purpose. Their composite construction combines multiple materials to achieve these results. The skin contact layer is a mix of strategically printed silicone and super soft nylon. The Hexagonal silicone printing uses the universe’s most efficient pattern, so you get the most grip in the lightest weight and most minimal package possible. A middle band of sturdy yet balanced elastane for durability and compression. The outermost layer of Syntex™ Comfort Grippers are made from high density polyester for superior printing and graphics display for the best look available!
